These Terms govern your use of our services, including tour packages, cab bookings, and related travel services.

By making a booking, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices displayed on our website may change based on demand, availability, and seasonal rates.
• A full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• Payments can be made through debit/credit card, net banking, UPI, or other available payment methods.
• We use secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store payment details.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tour Package Cancellations:

• 7 days before departure: 80% refund.
• 3-6 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days: No refund.

Cab Booking Cancellations:

• 24 hours before pickup: Full refund.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the source account.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete booking information.
• You are responsible for carrying valid identification during travel.
• Any misuse or fraudulent activity on our platform may result in suspension or legal action.

5. Service Limitations & Liability

• We act as a travel service provider and are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your travel.
• Any disputes arising from third-party services (e.g., hotels, transport providers) must be resolved with the respective provider.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Pranhita Enterprises Private Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without our written permission.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
