Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pranhita Enterprises Private Limited, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best travel and transportation services. However, we understand that plans may change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for our services.
1. Tour Package Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer:
- 7 days or more before departure: 80% refund of the booking amount.
- 3-6 days before departure: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Less than 3 days before departure: No refund.
Cancellation by Pranhita Enterprises:
- Full refund OR
- Option to reschedule or use the amount for a future booking.
2. Cab & Taxi Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer:
- 24 hours or more before scheduled pickup: Full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund.
- No-show or failure to board: No refund.
Cancellation by Pranhita Enterprises:
- Full refund OR
- Offer an alternative booking at no extra cost.
3. Hotel & Accommodation Booking Refund Policy
As per the terms and conditions of the respective hotel partners.
Any refunds will be processed as per the hotel’s cancellation policy.
4. Payment & Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the source account.
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway policies.
- Any service fees or transaction charges will be non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Special discounts, promotional offers, or last-minute bookings may be non-refundable.
- Personalized tour packages, custom itineraries, or exclusive bookings may not be eligible for refunds.
